EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1, 2023, LAWYERS DOING PROBATE WITH THEIR CLIENTS AND WITNESSES, AND LAWYERS CONDUCTING HEIRSHIPS WITH THIER CLIENTS AND WITNESSES THAT WISH TO DO THEIR HEARING VIA ZOOM WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE THEIR CLIENTS AND WITNESSES IN THEIR OFFICES WITH THEM.  IF THAT IS NOT POSSIBLE, THEN THEY SHOULD CONTACT THE COURT TO ARRANGE AN IN PERSON HEARING FOR THAT DOCKET.
