Probate Court 5 proudly celebrates love in all its beautiful diversity, embracing every culture, religion, language, tradition, gender, and gender identity.

We offer simple wedding ceremonies in English, Spanish, and Vietnamese. Translators are welcome for any other languages.

All weddings are conducted in the courtroom, with a fee of $150 per couple. 

Walk-in ceremony requests are allowed with a $200 fee per couple fee. 

Veterans or active service members receive a 50% discount with a Valid Military ID.

Please ensure you obtain your marriage license in advance and bring it with you, along with a Valid Photo ID. Couples are welcome to invite friends and family to join in the celebration; up to 15 guests are welcome.
