HARRIS COUNTY PROBATE COURT 4 - UNCONTESTED PROBATE OF WILL DOCKET SETTINGS
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE "ROCKET DOCKET" (Tuesdays at 9:00 A.M.):
- Self-Proved, Original Will;
- Attorney is the only necessary witness to prove up the Will; and
- E-Filed Proposed Proof of Death (reflecting the attorney's name as Affiant).
Once you have submitted your online setting request, you should receive confirmation of a setting via email within 48 hours. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact the Court via email at
ruby.vasquez@prob.hctx.net. Additionally, immediately after submitting the request, if a "Thank You" message is NOT displayed, your form was NOT successfully submitted and you will NOT receive an email confirmation of setting. Please complete and submit the form again.
